If you buy a PDF chart - you will receive in your email a PDF file with:
- embroidery chart;
- key for DMC standard palette threads (for 14 and 16 count);
- key for Tela Artis hand-dyed threads (for 14 and 16 count);
- common instructions for washing and ironing;
- instruction for stitches (if they are used in the design).

Shipping can be arranged directly from Ukraine or via our warehouse in Poland.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks.
