ORDER
1. You can order products in any way convenient for you: directly on the website or send list by e-mail.
Specify the article numbers, quantity of items and be sure to specify the delivery data (address, postal code, recipient's full name, phone number).
2. After receiving the order, you will have a response from the Tela Artis manager by e-mail.
3. Minimum wholesale order is 500 euros.
4. Payment for the order is made to IBAN
5. Tela Artis company issues all necessary documents for customs clearance. If you have special requests, let us know about it
6. The order is usually sent within a week after receiving payment.

DELIVERY
The order is delivered by the transport companies Ukrposhta and Nova Post.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of transport companies and depends on the weight and volume of the parcel.
Parcel delivery usually takes 1-4 weeks.
