1. You can place an order in any convenient way: directly on our website or by sending a list by e-mail.
Please specify:
product article numbers
quantity of items
delivery details (address, postal code, recipient’s full name and phone number).
2. After receiving your order, a Tela Artis manager will contact you by e-mail.
3. Minimum order amount: 200 EUR.
4. Payment can be made via SEPA, Payoneer or SWIFT.
Payments via Payoneer can also be made from a PayPal account.
5. Tela Artis provides all necessary documents for customs clearance.
If you have any special requirements, please let us know.
6. Orders are usually shipped within one week after payment is received.
DELIVERY
Shipping can be arranged directly from Ukraine or via warehouse in Poland.
Orders are shipped by FedEx, Ukrposhta or Nova Post.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs and depend on the weight and volume of the parcel.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks.
Approximate shipping cost for a 30 × 40 × 20 cm box:
50–90 EUR
An average order fitting in this box is approximately:
600 EUR (about 45–50 kits)
Additional discounts:
400 EUR - 5% discount,
800 EUR - 10%,
1400 EUR -15%,
2000 EUR -20%
