ORDER
1. To place an order on the website, add everything you like to the cart.
Then go to the cart and be sure to specify the delivery data (address, postal code, recipient's full name, phone number).
If you have any questions – write them in the comments to the order.
2. After receiving the order, you will have a response from the Tela Artis manager by e-mail.
3. Payment for the order is made to IBAN
4. Tela Artis company issues all necessary documents for customs clearance.
If you have special requests, let us know about it.
5. The order is usually sent within a week after receiving payment.

DELIVERY
The order is delivered by the transport companies Ukrposhta and Nova Post.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of transport companies and depends on the weight and volume of the parcel.
Little parcel costs 10 euro.
Parcel delivery time is usually 1-4 weeks.
